After a trial run for friends and family last night, Luke's Craft Pizza prepares to bake pies for the public today, May 18, at 5:00 p.m. The new shop at 271 Ashley Ave. comes from Brittany and Luke Davis. Brittany will run front of house, while Luke, an alum of EVO Pizza, helms the dough.
The restaurant is carry-out only, so plan on stopping by after work for customizable 14-inch pies with ingredients like fennel sausage, Castelventro olives, fresh arugala, house-pickled banana peppers, and more.
Luke's Craft Pizza opens Wednesday through Sunday, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
