Diggity Doughnuts Turns Back Time, Goes Full-Time Food Truck

Vegan goods, on the go

Vegan bakery Diggity Doughnuts went from food truck to bricks and mortar in 2014, and now it appears the establishment will head back to the streets full-time. On a recent Instagram post, Diggity Doughnuts explains that the business will transition to "truck only" at the end of the month, but new owners will take over the 616 Meeting St. address with owner Ambergre Sloan's recipes for vegan treats and a new name.

This all means fans won't have to say goodbye to the popular Nutty Rooster doughnut with peanut butter and Sriracha. Actually, this may be equal more access to the goods, as Diggity Doughnuts reduced its hours to one day a week this past January.

The final day for the bricks and mortar Diggity Doughnuts is Sunday, May 22.
