Coming off two great reviews from local critics, Mount Pleasant's Congress adds brunch to its list of services this Sunday. The Mexican/Italian restaurant will be open Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In addition to the menu below, Congress will serve a variety of mimosas (including lemon-mint) and a Mexican martini (Austin’s brunch beverage of choice, according to co-owner Adrienne Ciaburri). The offerings range from breakfast tacos to carbonara to fresh churros.
