Charleston Chefs Show Off Steam Buns at Gibbes Street Party

Last night, the Gibbes Museum of Art threw a big street party and invited all the big name chefs in Charleston to participate. Culinary greats like Sean Brock, Frank Lee, Jason Stanhope, Jeremiah Bacon, Michelle Weaver, Mike Lata, Marc Collins, Jacques Larson, and many more showed up in support of the museum. The theme of the evening was Chinese New Year, so the chefs kept to it with miniature take-out boxes full of crab rice (Brock) and suckling pig steam buns (Stanhope).
