167 Raw Gets Super Spring-y With Ramps and Roe Shrimp

Charleston goes crazy for soft-shell crabs in the spring, but there are other wondrous bounties such as ramps and roe shrimp to be had. Both of these elusive items recently found their way onto the same plate at seafood captain 167 Raw. Yesterday, the East Bay oyster haven posted ramp-rubbed toast with expertly-cooked roe shrimp.
