EDISTO ISLAND — Chef Aaron Swersky of Abundant Seafood partners with Geechie Boy Mill and Revelry Brewing for an al fresco evening of grits, garden-grown vegetables, local seafood, and award-winning beer on Sunday, May 1, at 6:00 p.m. For his Fish and Grits Dinner, Swersky wants to highlight Lowcountry ingredients and the magic of outdoor cooking.
