Popsicle star King of Pops has toiled to bring a bricks and mortar store to Spring Street since last summer. The shop, Crooked Crown, will serve as a popsicle shop by day and cocktail bar by night. Located in the Elan Midtown space between Meeting and King Streets, Crooked Crown looks close to opening — there's a bar and seating in the space, a hip logo, and an ad for front-of-house staff on Craigslist:
