If you didn't wake up to 500 likes on your Instagram account due to a video of a flaming dessert, then you might be doing Charleston Wine + Food wrong. While there were plenty of lovely Signature Dinners last night, only one ended with a pineapple full of banana split and sparklers. Chefs Danny Bowien (Mission Chinese/Mission Cantina) and Sean Brock (McCrady's/Husk/Minero) had some fun with their guests at McCrady's last night and capped the evening off with an outrageous finale.
