While the space at forthcoming Beaufain Street eatery Le Farfalle undergoes renovations, chef/owner Michael Toscano is in menu testing mode. The restaurant will feature Italian fare, but Toscano isn't showing off pasta on social media, he's flashing huge hunks of seared steaks. The Facebook post states, "Product testing! Porterhouse, Ribeye, Prime, Waygu, Dry Aged, Wet Aged, so many choices..."
