King Street restaurant Union Provisions shuttered on May 30 with a promise to resurrect as a new concept, and today, 513 King St. reopens as The Darling Oyster Bar. Co-owners Ben Russell-Schlesinger and Robert Young, restaurant advisor Nathan Thurston, and chef Joe DiMaio will show off what they've been working on at 4:00 p.m.

The menu is full of fish house favorites, updated classics, and casual fried plates. And here's the first look at the raw bar menu.
