There's change afoot at Upper King establishment Prohibition. First, they brought acclaimed chef Greg Garrison aboard to reinvigorate the food menu, and now, they have a extensive new cocktail list from Beverage Director Jim McCourt.

"The menu we have right now progresses through the last 150 years of cocktails," explains McCourt, "starting with what is said to be the first drink the word 'cocktail' was applied to, which is the Sazerac, then we go through the mint julep, Manhattans, Margaritas, and original creations, like the Prunus with apricot brandy, apricot liqueur, and Bolivar bitters or The Lindy Hop with strawberry, Chattanooga Reserve, orgeat, and cinnamon."
