As of last weekend, Beaufain Street newcomer Le Farfalle has switched up its menu to integrate a few Southern-meets-Italian flavors to its offerings. Now, along with octopus carpaccio and lasagna verde with ragu bolognese, guest can enjoy local shrimp with Jimmy red corn polenta or Tuscan-fried chicken and waffles.
