Charleston’s hottest club has everything: a beloved bartender from The Belmont, a rock star chef from The Ordinary, and only a $5 cover. On Sunday, December 4, from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., pop-up The Get Down will take over burger palace HōM for a restaurant “with a Baltimore nightclub vibe.”
The Belmont head bartender Joey Goetz and The Ordinary chef de cuisine Vandy Vanderwarker bring this fun new pop-up to life with the help of bartenders D.J. Gentile and Brad Cline. The $5 entry fee allows guests to enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne and hors d’ouevres from Vanderwarker. Goetz will create four signature cocktails for the evening, and Holy City Brewery will provide two rare draft beers.
DJs Joel Tarpin and Jeff ET will also be on hand to lend to the nightclub vibe.
HōM sits at 563 King St., and entry will be first come, first served.
