Macaroon Boutique Brings Out Foie Gras Macarons for the Holidays

Just in time for the over indulgence to begin, downtown shop Macaroon Boutique begins to offer savory macarons and a very special buche de noel. Chef Fabrice Rizzo says he will make a variety of macaron flavors, like blue cheese with pistachio, foie gras, white truffle, and a Kalamata tapenade.

Rizzo will also make a buche de noel, or Christmas log cake, with chocolate creme, black truffles, foie gras, and a sponge cake with piment d'espelette.
