Smoke masters Home Team BBQ want to give thanks to the first responders who stuck around during Hurricane Matthew to help out the Lowcountry. Today, from open to close, all three of the Home Team locations will offer a free sandwich, side item, and drink to any employees of emergency services, like police, firefighters, and EMS workers.
In addition to this, Home Team’s publicists says, “They also want to help feed people so if you know of anyone in need, let us know. We can even go to Hilton Head if needed!” So, if you are aware of any community greatly affected by the storm, let them know.
If you aren’t a first responder, and want some comfort from last week’s weather, pop-up eatery 2 Nixons will offer free ramen at beer park Craft Conundrum this Saturday, October 15, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 2 Nixons tweeted, “We know you could use a bowl of comfort.”
