Opening a restaurant in Charleston without booze is almost unheard of, but last year, Parlor Deluxe set forth to sell hot dogs, waffles, tater tots, shakes, and ice cream without libations on the menu. Now it appears beer and wine might make their way to the lips of patrons chowing down on poutine tots, if the Alcohol Beverage Licensing permit posted in the window of the cafe goes through.
Who doesn't love a stout float or a cold one with their hot dog? Keep eyes here for new (boozy) developments.
