For those who can't imagine scarfing down a hot dog without a cold beer or glass of cava, sparkly soda shop Parlor Deluxe will grace its menu with boozy beverage options this Wednesday..
Chef Emily Hahn posted a preview of the libation list over the weekend. Local brews, beer floats, and bottles of sparkling wine make the menu. Co-owner James Groetzinger says the boozy floats will be "Seasonal rotating darker and richer draft beer (think stouts and porters) with a scoop of ice cream, and whipped cream. Anchor Steam porter will be our first draft, and it would go great with vanilla or drunken espresso ice cream."
