Highly anticipated wine bar Stems & Skins announced that the doors will open to the public on Tuesday, January 26. Stems & Skins comes from former Husk sommelier Matt Tunstall and former Bull Street Gourmet owner Justin Croxall. Both partners have a passion for interesting wines and hospitality.

The bar promises "fresh and freaky ferments," vinyl on a record player nightly, and a food menu with cheese, charcuterie, Mediterranean-inspired snacks, and sandwiches.

Stems & Skins will open at 1070 E. Montague Ave., from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Tuesdays through Sundays.
