The bar at boutique hotel The Spectator is a swanky affair — there's luscious, Jazz-Age inspired furnishings, an ample library, and a peacock on the wall. The complex cocktail menu can compete with Charleston's best, and they stock local drafts and liquor. However, all that fancy stuff doesn't mean they can't offer a happy hour from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. every day.

While it's not $2 PBRs, you can get a Lowcountry beer for $4 or glass of wine for $6. The menu will change, according to season and availability, but here's the first happy hour list for The Spectator.
