In between building a bourbon shrine and expanding the Mexican-influenced Minero, Charleston/Nashville celebrity chef Sean Brock decided to take on another cookbook project. Artisan Books announced today that Brock would pen a sequel to his award-winning Heritage. This second book, titled Husk, will focus on recipes from Brock's restaurants of the same name.
There aren't many details on the follow-up book, but it should hit shelves in 2018. Many of the beloved recipes from Husk, like the now-iconic cheeseburger and cornbread, are in Heritage, so it will be interesting to see which menu ideas Brock pulls for Husk.
