SUMMERVILLE — With a menu of fried mahi cheeks, snapping turtle soup, and peel-and-eat shrimp, newcomer Low Country Fish Camp handles all the creatures of the ocean in its kitchen. The casual seafood restaurant recently added lunch service. Status: Open at 11 a.m. today for lunch. 903 Central Ave., Summerville

NORTH CHARLESTONCove Oyster Bar & Grill plans to unlock the doors today to offer "Lowcountry cuisine served with a New Orleans flair." Chef Keith Haynes' menu includes six preparations of oysters, Cajun catfish, and alligator tail, among other seafood classics.
