Coming this fall to East Montague Street, wine bar Stems & Skins moves ahead to an opening date with a peek at its branding. "Fresh & Freaky Ferments" is the alliterative tagline used in the logo and hints at the type of bottles the space will carry.
Sommelier Matt Tunstall and Bull Street Gourmet owner/executive chef Justin Croxall are the duo behind Stems & Skins. The team told Eater that they are "extremely excited" to bring their vision for an intimate wine bar with light fare to Park Circle.
The establishment also launched a website recently, which doesn't give much more information but repeats, "Fresh and freaky ferments, wines with a sense of place, tastes like nothing else."
