Warehouse co-owner James B. Groetzinger spent his summer transforming 207-A St. Philip St. into his idea of a hip and swanky soda shop. After putting in some final details, Groetzinger let Eater poke around the forthcoming snack stop Parlor Deluxe.
The handsome interiors will soon be home to waffles, tater tots, hot dogs, and ice cream creations. Groetzinger says they are finishing the menu now and should open the doors to Parlor Deluxe very soon.
