NORTH CHARLESTON —  Garlic crab masters ChuckTown Seafood Mobile settled into a permanent address in North Charleston. The ChuckTown Seafood Cafe opened earlier in the summer, but was recently discovered by writers at The Chronicle and Post and Courier.
