At 4 p.m. today, James Island eatery Stereo 8, unlocks the doors. Proprietors Joe Walker and David LeBoutillier, along with chef Vanessa Middleton, are ready to show off what's been happening at 951 Folly Rd.
The menu is a mix of Korean, Thai, Mexican, and Southern influences. Stereo 8 boasts a juice bar, outdoor seating, table-side guacamole preparation, and an emphasis on a killer soundtrack.
