CITY-WIDE — The Immortal Lobster food truck rides this Saturday at 3 p.m. with a debut at beer bar The Barrel on James Island. The kitchen on wheels will serve chilled lobster rolls with mayo (Maine-style) and warm lobster rolls with butter (Connecticut-style), along with vegetarian options. In typical food truck fashion, the crustaceans will travel to different sites. Status: Open Saturday at 3 p.m. 1859 Folly Rd.

NOMO — Master brisket manipulator John Lewis starts his summer pop-up series at Revelry Brewing this Saturday at noon. Lewis will pull his smoking rig to the brewery every Saturday this summer to serve a variety of meats (pork, brisket, sausage) and rotating sides. Status: Open Saturday at 12 p.m. 10 Conroy St.
