For anyone who has plotted up and down King Street looking for a parking spot knows the torture of trying to go out in downtown Charleston. Saint Alban and Leon's Oyster Shop co-owner Brooks Reitz wanted to alleviate that pain for potential patrons and invested in more parking spaces for his establishments.

The lot is located directly across from Saint Alban and has 10 additional slots during the day and 32 spots in the evening. Now guests have easier opportunities to grab coffee or fried chicken.
