James Island newcomer Screen Door didn't release a menu before its opening, but instead offered up a description that the "... Modern American menu showcases traditional Lowcountry ingredients with interesting flavor profiles. [chef Blake] Joyal’s unpretentious menu will feature simple but intelligent dishes, from wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads and gourmet burgers, to refined seafood and meat dishes."

The offering are succinct, with three to five selections in each category of starters, small plates, pizza, and entrees. Prices seem on par with other restaurants in the Holy City.
