Sometimes Summerville gets overlooked by restaurateurs, but Michael Karkut and Derek Lathan wanted to bring a family-friendly, affordable, and palatable option to the town with a second location of Graze. City Paper critic Katherine Connor makes the trek up I-26 to see what the "urban oasis" is all about.
Connor finds comfort classics at the family-friendly establishment, tucking into chicken and waffles, crab cakes, and a Rueben sandwich. She is critical of some plates (the Brussels were "little over-done and tasted a tad charred") she ultimately praises the restaurant and states "Graze is quickly becoming a neighborhood favorite."
