Screen Door bar manager Matthew McGarry is still developing the cocktail menu for the forthcoming Folly Road restaurant, but he did share a sample of the selections with Eater. With the name still pending, the Zinfandel Knight is Aperol, gin, aromatic bitters, cava, and a red zinfandel reduction with pink and black peppercorns. The refreshing concoction is made to compliment chef Blake Joyal's menu.
McGarry comes to Screen Door from NYC, with experience developing booze menus for oyster bar Cru Nantucket, Fatty 'Cue, and Fatty Crab, among others.
