More Information on Rooftop Bar The Watch

With the expansion of luxury hotel The Restoration comes a brand new rooftop bar to Charleston. The updated structure at 79 Wentworth St. will feature a hangout space and dining area on the seventh floor named The Watch.

What sort of atmosphere can Charleston expect? The Watch is going for "fun and hip" with "live music, great food, and cocktails." Also, 360° views of the Lowcountry.

According to the marketing team, the kitchen will serve small plates full of local, seasonal ingredients. The menu will feature items such as "roasted oysters, a raw bar, great hamburgers, sandwiches, fried chicken, roasted meats, and seasonal vegetables."

The estimated capacity for the space is 130 seats. The private rooftop dining area will hold 50.

Look for The Watch to open this fall.
