King Street Cookies Now Bakes Bagels In the Morning

Sugar shop King Street Cookies recently added bagels to its baked goods menu. The Lower King store opens at 7:30 a.m. during the week to catch the early commuters and 9 a.m. on the weekends. The sales associate tells us that out of the 15 flavors offered, everything bagels sell out the quickest.

King Street Cookies makes all the classics, like cinnamon raisin and onion, along with a variety of cream cheeses. This is good news for anyone still mourning the loss of The Bagel Shop on George Street.
