Construction crews at "eclectic new American" restaurant The Westendorff removed the scaffolding from the exterior of the building and progress toward a June opening.
With chef Ted Jackson (formerly of Ted & Honey in Brooklyn) in the kitchen, the eatery plans to serve brunch every day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and start dinner service at 5 p.m. going to 10 p.m.
The first floor of the establishment at 114 St. Philip St. is the main dining room of The Westendorff, the second floor is a private event space, and the remaining floors will become fully-furnished, two bedroom apartments available for short-term lease.
