On Monday, March 9, downtown Charleston gains a French pâtisserie and new breakfast/lunch hangout — Cafe Framboise. The eatery, at 159 Market St., is the work of baker Dominique Chantepie and his wife Florence.
The menu is full of crepes, croissants, baguette sandwiches, and ... wait for it ... French toast. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. on Monday. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
