The team at fancy bar food spot Warehouse have a second concept in the works, and it's right across the street from their current space. When Sweet Radish shuttered, it seems Warehouse co-owners James B. Groetzinger and Joey Rinaldi swooped in to grab the address and plan to build an old-school soda shop named Parlor Deluxe.

Chef Emily Hahn will lead the kitchen at the new place, as well as continuing her role at Warehouse. David Schnell of Brown's Court Bakery will help out with the ice cream program. In addition to sweet treats, the menu will include tater tots, waffles, fizzy sodas, and hot dogs.

The team says they want to "celebrate classic American culture in a hip and lively setting."

Parlor Deluxe will open this summer on the corner of Spring and St. Philip Streets.
