squarereceipt.0.jpg Collective Coffee Co. expanded to downtown last August, but now another shop will take their place on George Street. Robbie Dietrich, owner of Cup - Fine Coffee & Roasters, plans to transform the address into Tricera Coffee. Fans of the Charleston Farmers Market may already know Dietrich's work, as his company is set up in Marion Square every Saturday during the active season. This past year, the Farmers Market menu included "Single origin coffees as drip or cold pressed coffee, espresso drinks, tea, waffles on a stick and more."

The Collective signage is still up, and they're serving caffeine, but the receipts already declare the takeover of Cup - Fine Coffee & Roasters. Check back for more details on the transition and what changes to expect at 41 George St.
