Hunting Down Upcoming Barony Tavern's Brawny Logo [Updated]

In case there was any doubt chef Robert Carter's under-construction enterprise Barony Tavern would be anything but a masculine dining room full of "big flavor and unbashful richness," now there's a logo to back that up.

The hunting trophy/crest mark, found on their public relations website below, hints at a boozy men's lounge atmosphere (though, if you have a different interpretation of a bottle sporting antlers, let us know). With the word "tavern" in the title, certain thoughts come to mind, like old-world, European pubs with worn bar stools, Mahogany tones, and perhaps preserved animals on the wall.

Barony Tavern, located at 68 Wentworth St., should open this March.
