DINNERWIRE — If the cold is chilling your bones, go warm up at the Braised, Blended & Bottled event at Wild Dunes this weekend. The resort will host guests on Saturday, February 21, from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m., for dishes of braised meats from chefs Ken Vedrinski (Trattoria Lucca and Coda Del Pesce), Kevin Johnson (The Grocery), Michael Kramer (The Lazy Goat and Table 301, Greenville), Joe Clarke (American Grocery Restaurant, Greenville), and Adam Cooke (Hotel Domestique Restaurant 17, Greenville). In addition to the food, there will be multiple bourbons and wines to sample. For $85 a ticket, you can eat and drink yourself warm. [EaterWire]

Schipani sees that Saint Alban, as a newcomer, is still shifting and defining itself each day. She does endorse the waffles and Croque monsieur, however. [CS]
