When Tristan held the 55 Market St. address, passers-by may have not noticed the subdued signage if they weren't looking for the eatery. The Ruth's Chris team decided to do something to stand out from all the souvenir shops and announce their arrival.
As the signage says, the steak house is scheduled to open early this year.
