Don't worry, there will be food after midnight.

As the holiday season comes to an end, home of midnight munchies Butcher & Bee is on hiatus from serving the late night crowds. During the month of January, the King Street establishment will halt evening services to give the staff a break.

However, those in need of midnight munchies don't need to stray far — food truck superstars Short Grain will provide ramen, from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. every Friday and Saturday, in January at neighboring establishment The Daily. In addition to the weekend menu from Short Grain co-owners Corrie Wachob and Shuai Wang, they will be joined by guest chefs every week: Jonathon Ory (Bad Wolf, Chicago), Michael Toscano (Perla, NYC), Blake Joyal (The Westendorff), Josh Walker (Xiao Bao Biscuit), Bob Cook (Artisan Meat Share), and Jason Stanhope (FIG).
