Anyone who has experienced a sticky bun or other sweet treat from Spring Street shop WildFlour Pastry knows the magic of culinary marvel Lauren Mitterer. With so much acclaim, and so many weddings to cater, Mitterer and her team are expanding to a second store in West Ashley next year. The additional WildFlour will be located at 1750 Savannah Hwy., in the former Rococo Bakery space.
The downtown WildFlour will still bake everything on premise for retail there. The newer, larger space in West Ashley allows Mitterer to continue expanding her commercial kitchen to service restaurants and catering (weddings).
Look for the new WildFlour to open in February.
