60 Bull Cafe Will Open in Former Bull Street Gourmet Location

A breakfast, lunch, and dinner spot.

60 Bull Cafe
Erin Perkins is the editor of Eater Carolinas.

It seems that if you open an eatery on the corner of Bull and Smith Streets, the name must be a reference to the address. First there was Bull Street Gourmet, and then it was Smith & Bull Cafe and Gourmet Market, and now 60 Bull Cafe plans to take over the space. Proprietors Torrey Glass and Kathi Bateson Glass hail from Hilton Head and recruited chef Joel Vetsch (formerly of Station 22) to execute their vision of "regional ingredients [prepared] in unique combinations for guests in a comfortable atmosphere."

According to the 60 Bull Cafe website, the restaurant will be open seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with three menus. The offerings aren't listed yet, but the site does state that the space will have outdoor seating, coffee, and wifi.

The windows at 60 Bull St. are currently covered in brown paper, but as soon as there's an opening date or full menu, we'll put it up.
