Upcoming Westside restaurant Gnome Cafe is very close to opening. The vegan eatery has hosted friends to sample the food and teased that "Only a matter of days until we make our mark!" There's a few photos of the fare up on Instagram, including the fried seitan "chicken" sandwich seen below.
