CANNONBOROUGH/ELLIOTBOROUGH — Asian soul food favorite Xiao Bao Biscuit will host a party this Saturday, November 15, at 6:00 p.m., to celebrate three years in business. Chef Josh Walker says, "We'll be pouring drinks. Short Grain food truck will be in the parking lot. There might be a lip sync contest." Sounds like a good time. [EaterWire]

CANNONBOROUGH/ELLIOTBOROUGH — XBB keeps the fun rolling with a Noodles Without Borders 2.0 dinner on Monday, November 16. Wild Olive/The Obstinate Daughter chef Jacques Larson and chef Walker will collaborate on a menu "with no rules." Walker cites mapo lasagna as an example. Last year's Noodles Without Borders was wildly popular. No reservations necessary — simply show up and order from the special menu. [EaterWire]
