Park Circle residents may rejoice that they now have an option for pho and spring rolls in their backyard with the opening of Lotus Vietnamese Cuisine at 1070A East Montague Ave. Lotus opened quietly yesterday and is offering dinner service Mondays through Saturdays, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (perhaps 11:00 p.m. on weekends).

The newcomer is the work of Henry Eang and Annamarie Benda from downtown staple Basil.
