Chef Paul Yellin, "The Rhum Chef," will bring his brand of Caribbean cooking and rum drinking to East Bay Street this fall. The restaurant Cane took over the former Big John's Tavern space. The official statement on the concept is "Cane will be a Caribbean-themed, laid back tropical oasis in a refurbished and refreshing location."
Other than that statement, the only new information we have is a peek at the logo. It certainly is Caribbean in flavor. Stay tuned for updates as they come.
