A few months after bringing chef Caine Lambert aboard the team at HoM, opening chef Shay MacDonald is back in the kitchen. Lambert joined the restaurant with ideas to improve the beef quality, represent local products on the menu, and steer the kitchen more toward gastropub than burger joint. Representatives for HoM did not say why Lambert is out, but MacDonald has already switched up the offerings to reflect his atypical pairings. The monster stacks are back and the ndjua mussels and charcuterie are gone.
