Saint Alban Switches Hours to Concentrate on Daytime Offerings

Just two weeks after opening, the staff at King Street cafe Saint Alban noticed their mornings were very, very busy. While the establishment stayed open till 11:00 p.m., most patrons stopped by during the daytime. Therefore, co-owner Brooks Reitz says the coffee shop/restaurant will adjust their hours to 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (8:00 a.m. on Sundays) to concentrate more of the evening energy into the morning/afternoon service.

The new times will allow Saint Alban to expand their offerings during the daylight hours. Going forward, Reitz plans to use the stylish space for ticketed dinners and special events in the evening.
