Restaurateur Josh Clayman is done with all the new "progressive" restaurants popping up in Charleston and wants to get back to traditional deli and diner foods. Clayman plans to open Rollin' South Kitchen at 1023 Harborview Rd., on James Island. The tentative date for completion is September. [CP}
