EVENTWIRE—There are only 80 tickets available to this year's Little Chef Big Chef event, because the evening will be hosted at oyster hall The Ordinary. Chef/co-owner Mike Lata invited fellow culinary stars Marc Collins from Circa 1886, Craig Deihl from Cypress, and Michelle Weaver from Charleston Grill to join him in an evening of charitable giving. Each chef is paired with a Louie's Kids participant to create courses for the guests. Louie's Kids is a nonprofit organization raising funds to help treat childhood obesity. The event is on Monday, August 25, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Purchase the $150 tickets by calling 843.414.7060. [EaterWire]

TREK IT OUT—Lowcountry fine dining restaurant High Cotton won this year's Limehouse Produce Tomato Trek, and to celebrate, they're hosting a four-course lycopene-packed luncheon with wine pairings on Saturday, August 23, starting at noon. Seats are $45 and can be reserved by calling 843.724.3815. [EaterWire]

MENUWIRE—Those who haven't had a chance to check out King Street newcomer Union Provisions should take advantage of their just-released tasting menu option, as an opportunity to test the waters. The "Chef's Provisions" option is $45 for five courses and includes favorite dishes from chef Shane Whiddon and his team. The menu constantly changes according to produce and product. [EaterWire]
